Given how many of Trump's accusations have been admissions, it is kind of suspicious that he hasn't shown empathy to fellow victims of attacks... I mean, if you were shot, wouldn't you be talking about it frequently?

Excellent article highlighting that the Trump administration has so little respect for the rule of law, that they are labeling anyone who defies them—including judges appointed by Raegan, W, and Trump '45 that are merely upholding the law—as radical activists.

What positive outcome could possibly come of Donald Trump pulling the USA out of the World HEALTH Organization? Surely losing our collaboration and influence will not help our competitiveness...

Trump is likely still mad thinking that the WHO made him look dumb during COVID.
Gavin Newsom just announced that California will be the first state to join the World Health Organization.

This is in direct defiance of Donald Trump, who just pulled the United States out of the organization.

It is so incredibly poignant that @theacademyusa.bsky.social Best Picture nominee (hope it wins)
One Battle After Another
is about fighting ICE...
I bet a lot of Americans wish they could do that right now.

The message of Trump’s letter to the prime minister of Norway signals that the president “genuinely lives in a different reality, one in which neither grammar nor history nor the normal rules of human interaction now affect him,” @anneapplebaum.bsky.social argues. theatln.tc/U0fviLiM

Trump should be removed from office under the 25th Amendment. Threatening an ally and NATO with war, for not giving him a peace prize? Insane. Spoiled. Not at all what a real leader looks like. And while we're at it, this letter is so incredibly unprofessional for a sitting president.

You can see in the videos that the woman murdered in Minnesota waved at the ICE vehicle to let them know it was clear for them to go through.

They decided to get out and murder her instead

Renee Nicole Good was murdered by her own government.

RIP

The Trump administration's lies have become ever more real-time and blatant as videos of the 1/7/2026 shooting of citizen Renee Nicole Good show: 1) she was not a "domestic terrorist" as Kristi Noem lied; and 2) the ICE shooter was neither run over nor seriously injured as Donald Trump lied.

A friend in Minneapolis just sent me this video. Looks like thousands have come together for a vigil after an ICE agent shot and killed 37-year-old Renee Nicole Good. This was my neighborhood for several years before coming to Portland.

Yeah, broad daylight murders of mothers tend to aggravate. I am definitely aggravated. Everyone should be. If we had a real President with honor, they would be taking responsibility by now.

This was the death of an American citizen by ICE agents who ostensibly have the goal of safety?!
The deadly shooting in Minneapolis by an ICE officer appears destined to aggravate the nation’s already-raw divisions over immigration enforcement, @nickmiroff.bsky.social reports.

[Content WARNING] Slowed and stabilized video of the January 7, 2025 shooting of 37-year old Renee Nicole Good shows the ICE officer who shot her may have intentionally positioned himself affront her car likely as a justification for deadly force.

On this dav, Donald Trump continued to lie that the election he lost was "stolen" and incited a riot wherein 140+ law enforcers were injured leading to 5 deaths, and $$$ millions in property damage to taxpayer-funded buildings was incurred.

Sure looks like ICE in Minneapolis murdered a citizen and then lied about the supposed justification.

This modern gestapo needs to end.

Law firms should turn their libraries (no longer needed, given digital resources, and costly to update) into quiet scream rooms. Just a room with regularly-washed pillows for the once in a blue moon occasion when one might hypothetically need to scream into a pillow. Hypothetically.

NYT front page today describes and provides emails involving Jeffrey Epstein that strongly indicate Donald Trump knew of the sex trafficking. Is there really much doubt left that Trump was a knowing pedophile and/or beneficiary of sex trafficking?

Attorney I know: "kinda blows my mind that men in Connecticut get more parental leave than I do as a woman [in the South]."

It should blow EVERYONE'S minds that America is one of the only major countries not to guarantee paid parental leave.

We need to catch up to the rest of the world.

That so many people are speaking up against Kimmel's cancelation gives me a lot of hope for the future of America, because admittedly Kimmel is far from a top tier comedian... we're not saying this because of his individual value. We're saying this because free expression is essential to democracy
