well kids, it's my favorite time of year again...

I woulda decorated waaaaay sooner, but I was still unsure I would sign another least here - I just agreed to 13 more months, so I am here for another two Halloweens 🎃

welp, our challenge is over - I had to work late this evening because the PMs came to me with an emergency, otherwise I'd have one more on that board

I'm not a competitive person, I just love Pilates, and I normally do 20 classes a month - Pilates saved me from back surgery, Pilates changed my life

so this is the bit I was missing yesterday... I always wondered what the little eyelets were for on the older ribbons

also, don't tell Underwood that someone allowed someone else to take this machine apart and make adjustments

I gotta say, that I kinda dig the #5 - may just need one someday

normally, I am not a fan of Ubiquiti, but I got these for a good price from Ebay, and this is the right application for these kinds of products

think I'll spray paint em flat black, to match the PCs

doin some after hours WAN work at onna our clinics which provides physical therapy and after completion, I'm walkin round verifyin everything us up, when I notice this beast... you know a TENS unit ain't no joke when it got the Russian setting

so, I'm fightin with the zipper on my dress and think, "you know what I need? A jumper wire, with a strong alligator clip".

luckily I had one on my workbench that I made last year

got this set from my local Ace, and the wire from an old PC power supply

alligator clips, not just for joints!

once I was hooked on drugs and alcohol, barely walking upright, a candidate for a bilateral fusion of L4-5 and L5-S1

then I got a third opinion from Dr. Terry Trammel in Indy, who literally said"you're too young for surgery, get the fuck off the opioids and get your ass into Pilates"
