oh, I'm still angry. just going about it in a different way.
finding peace within doesn't mean I have to give out verbal lashings.
I'm not DJT.
& I don't want to be like him.
I want my anger to help me fight, remember why & to treat myself & others with kindness.
no one deserves to be bullied.

I'd started to feel his darkness in me & It didn't feel good.
I need to find peace again & idk how. all this anger, hatred & sadness has been so completely overwhelming & soul crushing.
seeing & hearing him speak those words at a man's funeral had me hit my knees & cry.
it was just too much.

I'm so proud to have two amazing pop-pops who served in that war. I can't even imagine how incredibly disgusted they would be right now.
when 9/11 happened, we drove to one of their houses a couple days later and he said, I can't believe I'm alive to see this. He was a retired fireman from NJ.

thank you so much. some days it's harder to get the negative voices to stop, the inner monologue as well as internet people, doctors and people I've never met in the real world who feel they can approach me with unkind things.
