All the employees got laid off one day per week at a company where I worked, when we got reinstated, I was the only one to insist on staying at 30 hours. It was glorious.

A hobo looking dude (another one, not me) took care of those easily-moved barriers today on 15 ave SW

Your discussion of the section on saddle sores is the best though.
When I first read the book (in maybe 1984?) I failed miserably at analytical thinking and I let myself be influenced by it for way too many years

I have a trickle charger in my van to keep the battery from dying when the van is parked for more than a month. The money I save by not driving can buy a really nice e-bike every year.

People will even buy something so they can get an invite to review. many assume that bike shops are required to service anything they bring that even vaguely resembles a bike. I’ve seen e-scooters, one-wheel things, e-skateboards, and more just in the last month. We don’t fix them, even if you yell

Imagine if you were to come across a hub motor wheel with 141 mm 14mm bolt-on hub. Or a fork with 135mm bolt-on spacing with front disc spacing, and not a 9 or 10mm axle, where would you find replacement parts?

As long as there is still a line of paint to protect me from now faster people in cars, I will know that the city is committed to protecting the cars from getting scratched

Go ahead and have a cutoff temperature (not that windchill bullshit, it works differently on bikes) or amount of fresh snow.
If your goal is to be a hero, you wont be, but if your goal is to have fun and save money, then put some pogies and studded tires on, and discover your new season

Much as I thought about using it as a protest vote, the remote chance of 4 years of his comedy show was too much to bear.

So cute!
My dyslexia makes these very hard to drive, but I would love to have options like this. All I want is room for 4 people and 4 bikes I don’t need to go 150km/h or monster-truck over other people’s cars

Hopefully we don't have to be enemies if I'm on team owl

While I do own some fancy-pants bikes, I agree that they are not what is necessary for bikepacking

I still remember the numbers of most of my high school friends, or rather their parent's numbers, as very few kids in the 80s had their own lines. Those numbers become more useless every year as the parents die
