Skagit County residents told to evacuate immediately

All Skagit County residents living within the 100-year floodplain should evacuate immediately, county officials advised Wednesday night.
That's everything in yellow in the map above.
The 100-year floodplain includes areas along the Skagit River and most areas in the western part of the county, including parts of Mount Vernon and much of Burlington and Sedro-Woolley.
“LEVEL 3 — GO! ALL RESIDENTS LIVING WITHIN THE 100-YEAR FLOODPLAIN SHOULD EVACUATE IMMEDIATELY. ARC Raiders has snagged my attention pretty well; nice level of "Tarkov, but with quality of life" to it. I could wish for more customization of gear/weapons but some of that will probably come with time
