I've also restarted one of my vermibag totes recently and it's coming along quite nicely. I had to baby this one for a few feedings until the worm population grew.
I have another tote that I should be able to restart in a few weeks. Good thing, too. My freezer is getting a bit full of worm food.

It still feels a bit odd not yanking everything out by the roots but apparently it's better for the soil to just chop the plant off at ground level so that's what I'm doing.

The hutterites are a strong maybe. The weird spots were only on pods I harvested early. The ones I left on the plant until it died back are looking good.
