Doctors use the term "psychogenic" to mean psychological; a problem that doesn't originate from organ damage but from thoughts or emotional state. Yet those all come from the wetware of our brain. Just because we don't yet have the tools to debug our software doesn't mean we run on fairy dust

As carers, we strive to be kind to our loved ones and to everyone else who provides them support. Sometimes, we need a gentle reminder to give ourselves the same #kindness.
