Final dinner here in New Orleans was at Tujague's was fantastic. The gulf drum almondine was particularly amazing.

Excellent morning at the New Orleans School of Cooking. Shrimp & artichoke soup, crawfish etouffe, white chocolate bread pudding with hard sauce, and a praline to finish. Yum!
