Oooh the western Cleveland waterfront is so different from what it was even 10 years ago. You should visit!

Perkins Beach it looks like. Just west of Edgewater.

Is this sarcasm? Have you been to Cleveland? Seen it on a map even? I'm so confused by this comment.

Shipping chicks the day they hatch is the least stressful and safest way to ship them. Newly hatched birds usually do not eat/drink for at least 24 hours, and they can go without for 2-3 days. This way, the female bird can remain on the nest until all eggs are hatched.

Oooohh that happened to me last year. I diligently put 5 gallon buckets of warm water next to them all snuggly under frost covers... only to forget to close the garden gate a few weeks later. Deer got everything. If it's not one thing it's another! (The water thing worked great fwiw.)

Godspeed. Our chances of frost are almost nil at this point, but there have been enough nights in the 40s that I haven't planted most stuff out yet. When it's too cold at night stuff doesn't grow. It just hangs out and collects mildew and slugs.

Ha I am a "no earbuds" runner. I also usually don't plan a route. I just "oooh look at that neat house over there" or "is that a cool bird?" or "wow looks like that business is getting new windows" until it's time to go home.

Don't thank them. They did this around 5 years ago in response to being sued for allowing the searches in WA. www.npr.org/2021/09/27/1...

I hate the Google grass. I want my convoluted system of Outlook rules back, and I will happily put up with Teams to get it.

I'm at a Google campus and it's like trying to send emails and make spreadsheets using tinker toys. I long for the dark embrace of my old Microsoft campus.

I've noticed over the last couple of months that job postings in nonprofits as a whole pretty much went poof, unless it's in development.

I think when you watched it matters a lot in how you interpret it-- "shows in which nearly all characters routinely act immorally" are more common now. I've been trained to look for bad guys. But Sopranos ran the same time as West Wing-- protagonist bad guys weren't as common.

The demand for cars is still so much higher than the inventory, and it isn't going to get better with all the tariffs. fred.stlouisfed.org/series/AUINSA Every car put on the market is going to sell. The "sell your Tesla" schtick isn't going to create a backlog of used Teslas.

"2 percent of it would be hived off for a historically Black college or university, a community college, or some public regional university... a cause that a donor will hardly disapprove of."
I am skeptical about the idea that donors wouldn't take issue with this.

Oh I don't think my toddler is an agent of chaos. She most definitely has an agenda all her own, and it's so sophisticated that no one else understands what it is.
