I recently replayed Super Mario RPG, one of my favorite games from childhood. I liked it, but I felt underwhelmed by the experience, and I don't really know why. Is it because it's not my first time playing? Am I too old? Has it aged poorly? Becoming more wary of Nostalgia goggles each day. 😩
