Ask yourself:

Why would anyone who wasn’t an asset of the Russian government do this?

Why would any decent human being do this?

happy first birthday to Bluesky, and what a year it's been!

with every day, the need for an open network that puts people first becomes increasingly clear. we're glad to be building this with you. after all, the heart of a social network is the people.

#ArtBasel in Miami is 20% art, and 80% waiting for Ubers and sitting in traffic to see art.

Still worth it.

In roughly 15 years of public debate I've never seen a white leftie so confidently talk about bigotry any other community experiences.

The only community I've seen them act this way towards is Jews. I've seen hundreds or maybe at this point thousands of such confidently wrong takes.

Better than most of the takes I've seen and gets at the heart of what bothered me about Biden's pardon for his son. You have the power to help people who are not politically connected! Use it!

Bought a caprese sandwich at the airport only to discover they made it with Brie. Every day we stray further from the path of righteousness.

Bluesky is a neat experiment for me. Been on Twitter since 2009, through all its evolutions. Now I get a fresh start, to follow accounts little by little and change from being bombarded by chaos and the most anxiety-inducing nonsense. I get to choose my own adventure & create a whole new experience.

The ability to cover costs of Social Security depends on the balance of working people to retired. 25% of US will soon be 65+ & our birth rate hasn’t kept up. The 10M+ undocumented folks contribute mightily to that balance & covering costs. Mass deportation is an existential threat to that program.
