It's an edible product made from dairy that could've otherwise been made into some other edible product you might consider "food." Wasting dairy is insulting both to the people who can't afford what they actually can't live without, and the cows who were forced to produce it.

It is kinda odd, isn't it? Sometimes I see a new thing from them and I'm like "oh cool!" until I remember that most of their products are animal-based, I just forget cuz I've only ever gotten the planty ones. Actually it looks like they've discontinued most everything but the oat milks...
