While watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, I had this vision of a beautiful gigantic balloon of an image of a Native American woman wearing a red dress with cedar paddles, elk teeth, ribbon in the color of the 4 directions wrapped in her hair & the red hand painted across her mouth. #MMIW

On the calendar holiday, my sister had the annual Thank$gi^ing Day Parade on. I have never watched it before. The moment that I walked into her home,the Native American Pow Wow dancers were on TV! My adorable Christmas dress & my Christmas headband! A Secret Santa gifted me the yellow headband last Christmas season. When I opened up my door, there were 2 Christmas headbands in a bag on my front porch!!!

My adorable Christmas dress & my Christmas headband! A Secret Santa gifted me the yellow headband last Christmas season. When I opened up my door, there were 2 Christmas headbands in a bag on my front porch!!!

So, when she began to talk about me under her breath like that it stung. To me, Rae was always The PRETTY ONE, too. In my eyes, she was prettier than I. She was The Prettiest One in our group of friends. I don't know why she was acting like that. But, she was OK once we left the hotel.

I traveled from Washington State to Standing Rock North Dakota & I was about to go back to Oceti Sakowin for the very first time & see everything. I haven't seen my best friend Rae since high school & she was being extremely rude to me. To me, I always thought she was extremely beautiful. So Pretty.

I was in the middle of a really bad episode. I got out of work an hour early. It was my weekend, too. But, I was in the middle of a major withdrawal of my medication. I couldn't see my doctor until the following morning - 15 hours away. On my way home, I was really bad. The #LYFT Driver helped me.
