We’ve heard extremely concerning reports that the number of ICE detainees in the basement of the courthouse is rising, families are having trouble getting in touch with their loved ones, and people are being held for days in spaces without real beds or showers. 2/3

sad rant. How do I flip the switch and not let getting on social Media and watching news not depress or anger me? I have tried limiting time on news or apps to 1x week but I still end up feeling overwhelmed by news about US Ukraine,Palestine, Republic Of Congo, Venezuela, etc.
