Your focus on PERFORMANCE can get a coach through tough losing seasons. I inherited bare cupboards. We lost a lot for two years. 5 years of performance focus later, the coach of the only team to beat my boys at our regional meet last season is speaking at TFC next week.

I assume that if a coach coaches for long enough (aka, their career) then they’re going to have to endure losing at some point.

I am curious about the philosophy and results of coaches who may have played for losing teams growing up.

Also if anyone says sportsball they are getting blocked that is a personal policy that has never steered me wrong
