To give everyone a sense, this is how the first article starts. Citing how murder is defined in the U.S. criminal code.
3 ARTICLE I: MURDER AND CONSPIRACY TO MURDER Section 1111 of title 18, United States Code, provides 5 that "Murder is the unlawful killing of a human being 6 with malice aforethought" and that "Every murder per-7 petrated by... willful, deliberate, malicious, and premedi-8 tated killing...or perpetrated from a premeditated design 9 unlawfully and maliciously to effect the death of any 10 human being other than him who is killed, is murder in 11 the first degree". 12 Section 1111 of title 18, United States Code, further 13 provides that "Within the special maritime and territorial 14 jurisdiction of the United States, Whoever is guilty of 15 murder in the first degree shall be punished by death or 16 by imprisonment for life". 171 Section 1117 of title 18, United States Code, provides 18 for the offense of conspiracy to murder, in that "If two 19 or more persons conspire to violate section 1111, 1114, 20 1116, or 1119 of this title, and one or more of such per-21 sons do any overt act to effect the object of the conspiracy, 22 each shall be punished by imprisonment for any term of 23 years or for life". 24 Additionally, section 2441 of title 18, United States 25 Code, provides, in relevant part, that the term "war 26 crime" means any conduct that constitutes a grave breach
