Popping on to see how or if this place is different. Tried twitter but my account is small and I don't see many of my former mutuals still on there.

Here's a link I came across that may be helpful to someone.
Lots of good info written out in zine/ flyer format.

Haven't found my former x buds.
Finding this app repetitive and time consuming.
So I'll be getting off social media.
Be well.

There are tuberculosis outbreaks in Michigan & Kansas, bird flu has appeared in several people without any clear poultry exposure, and my emergency department it has an enormous surge in covid and flu A patients.

A continuing communication pause will cause people to die.
We are hearing from CDC sources that the communication pause has been indefinitely extended.

Communication is KEY to public health. In addition to not being able to share information with the public, there is no communication with state and local officials, who are vital public health partners.

I think Canadian hospitals should consider ripping up their contracts with a massive american conglomerate, and buy friggin' Canadian.

Are there a lot of clean air advocates on here yet? People who work in the field, subject matter experts, lay people who’ve been pushing to get clean air in public spaces etc?

Can you reskeet for visibility and reply if this is you?

To manage rising costs and to do our civic duty during a trade war, I think we need to rethink consumerism.
If you don't have a #madeinCanada replacement for a needed product, think if you can reduce use to delay replacement or can you find it used?
Lots of ways we can use our purchasing power.

Trying to eat better lunches.
I eat in my car to avoid illness. It's kinda nice to have some personal time in the middle of my work day tho it's sometimes cold.
Today I'm prepping a roasted sweet potato and lentil salad.

The authors then conclude that based upon this study, that ventilation doesn’t limit transmission. If they want to make such a claim, they should have measured ventilation (eg ACH) rather than a single value.

I can not stress enough how silly this assertion is. The CO2 conc in a building will vary wildly between rooms, and how they are used. And to have something as large as a school, and to argue that it has a single value for CO2 is ridiculous.

And you can’t get ventilation rates from a single value!

Can you believe patients add exams to their xray requisitions that their doctors didn't order?
Ya, sure the doc added bilat knees in ink to their chest xray request.
Do you know how stupid that is?

You're falsifying a legal document and your doc will be pissed when they get the report.
