6+ hours on the road. 3 medical appointments. They took up nearly 11 hours of my yesterday. Being sick/disabled is a full-time job.

So after 2+ years of self-isolation due to survival disability mode, I'm trying to be more social. Community is important, even when you have low energy to give back much.
