In our new article with Rui-Ling Liu and Wen-Yong Guo in J. Ecol., we quantified how plant strategy scores derived from leaf traits (Pierce method) correlate with other plant traits and plant environmental preferences.

I just concluded two weeks of very productive work with my Argentinian colleagues at CEPAVE in La Plata. Thanks to them all! Vous exercerez votre activité au sein de l’UMR Agrosystèmes Biodiversifiés (ABSys) pour le projet BIODICAPT. Ce projet, financé par le PEPR Agroécologie et Numérique pour une durée de 5 ans, vise à proposer une stratégie de suivi de la biodiversité basée sur une diversité de capteurs et permettant d’alimenter l’évaluation de la multi-performances et la conception de systèmes agroécologiques. Ces capteurs seront déployés sur huit réseaux régionaux de parcelles déjà en place et expérimentés à plus grande échelle dans des réseaux de surveillance institutionnels à l'échelle nationale. Le projet regroupe une quarantaine de scientifiques de 18 unités de recherche réparties dans toute la France.Votre mission consistera à animer ce collectif sous la direction des deux porteurs du projet, et en interaction avec tous les participants. Vous serez plus particulièrement en charge de :Assurer la gestion du projet : suivi des échéances et le rendu des livrables, organiser les réunions d’animation du projet et rédiger les synthèses ;Coordonner la mise en oeuvre des différents protocoles dans les différents réseaux de parcelles de manière harmonisée ;Mettre en oeuvre et coordonner l’organisation et les flux de données et métadonnées entre les différentes unités ;Communiquer en interne (partage d’information, newsletter,...) et en externe (diffusion sur les réseaux sociaux, plateformes vidéo,...) sur les réalisations du projet.
