I play (and sometimes speedrun) video games, and sometimes cover their music.

See links and stream projects at cney.stream! (The site is 100% self-coded; I am a web developer by day.)
But again, it's well worth experiencing as a first playthrough, especially considering it's still only $10. It delivers solidly on the aesthetic it's going for.

This is a weird case where my prior promising experience during early access negatively impacts my post-EA-exit assessment.

Why do I consider it unpolished? Nearly every (minor) bug I experienced in June 2024 still exists. It feels like there was no additional QA pass on the existing chapters for 1.0, So it's more like a 0.5.

There are cases where dialogue feels as if it ends abruptly or there should've been cutscenes.

Basically the only new content since I played in June 2024 is a 15-minute segment in chapter 3 that reuses an existing map, and the entirety of chapter 4, which lasted me around 2.5 hours.

When I'd originally played the demo, there were going to be 6 chapters. Not sure what happened to the rest.

Just bear in mind that Librewolf has some privacy-oriented defaults that you might want to change, most notably clearing history on exit

If you're looking for firefox forks, Librewolf is most likely the strongest candidate for least likely to turn any of this garbage on by default. (You should be able to copy your profile folder over)

Tangentially, with how they make sure to show MacKenzie's face, I'm reminded a bit of Halo 4 where the game beats the player over the head with "YOU SHOULD FEEL BAD ABOUT CORTANA, SHE'S SO HUMAN" shut the fuck up she's an AI get over it (a narrative that's even more exhausting in 2025 in particular)
