What a country we have! Guns are so prevalent and so unregulated that we have active shooter drills in schools. We view our fellow citizens as adversaries, not without cause. We have no national health insurance, only so-called "rich" country that doesn't. And most of us just accept this.

I was very angry at my fellow citizens, but last night it hit me that they were simply making a choice that the failure of our entire system allowed them to make. Most are not well informed. They figured if he REALLY did incite a REAL insurrection, why did the system let him run for office again?
