It is absolutely brutal James. You are doing all the right things which unfortunately won’t always help at this moment. That will change too. You use songs and music so well for your videos I’m not a bit surprised a song like Torn was gut wrenching. Take care x

Coping with grief and loss isn’t linear, James. The time will come when there will be fewer churning feelings and more positive ones. You are still in the very early stages of this very unwanted and new stage of your life. Sometimes just having the energy to shower is a victory. It will get better x

Hi James, I read your posts a few days ago & didn’t reply as I just didn’t know how. I’m so incredibly sorry that you’re going through so much & can only imagine how devastated you feel. Life can be overwhelming. Be gentle with yourself, get some exercise & rest. It won’t always be this brutal. xxx
