I posted (w/o any proof) about this exact opportunity yesterday. This reeks of corruption. The worst thing is that executing this constant back-and-forth is an awesome way of getting rich really fast if you manage to time yourself. Even "better" if you happen to be responsible for policing yourself

Honest question. If insider trading has been an issue for US Gvmt in the past, imagine the buckets of cash insiders in the WH can be making with such insanely high self-inflicted volatility. Hopefully someone is following the money.
