This is exactly the example we need to follow in Canada with the CBC/RadioCanada. An impartial, independent, fact-based news organization that exists at arms-length from government, even in financing (a CBC Trust anyone ?).
We have the answer in the UK: the BBC.
Give them enough funding to dominate each new channel as it appears (just as they in turn did with radio, TV, news websites, breaking news alerts and podcast streaming) whilst upholding their (never perfect but pretty bloody good) impartiality standards

Ok back home and now to rest and eat. Procedure went off without any problems two polyps they took out otherwise squeaky clean colon!

Ahhh I did it I finished the prep and have done the hard part now I can try to relax until we head off to the hospital for my colonoscopy. After that definitely rest and some solid food!

I don't understand how some folks are unable to see that the illegal disappearing of people is a class issue. The wealthy and well-connected get due process. The rest of us don't. This is part of the oligarchy, not a distraction from it.

Went to help my mom with some chores around the house kids helping her out getting the back deck cleaned off of ice so pup can go in the backyard again. After we were done and lunch was eaten I watched a truly interesting seminar on tv about Vivaldi’s Four Seasons concerto.
