Music has been my constant companion since before I could walk. But I left my piano at a Goodwill in Virginia in 2014 when I moved back home.

It took me 11 years to realize that I left part of my soul with it. I gave up my instrument with which I process thoughts and feelings.

I made a mistake.

The Universe keeps sending me reminders that leading big teams is so much harder than regrowing a missing limb.

This just hit me today… if dentists really want to promote flossing, they need to partner up with GPs and dietitians. The more high-fiber veggies you eat, the more likely they get stuck in your teeth and you need to get them out.
