I've never had a paid cleaner, & as a former poor person, it feels weird, but it doesn't feel as imbalanced as I thought it would. We both need help, and we are both getting help.

I almost blacked out with insertion. Doc told me when I went for replacement it "wasn't actually bad" and was "only freaking out because of TikTok." I left her office & didn't return.
