Mamdani was elected because of Ranked Choice. Bringing that to PA could unite the anti-establishment movements that cannibalize each other

Officially: Due to differences in tire pressure and internal gauge readings, a driver could be going faster than their vehicle is indicating. A 11 mph buffer ensures that only those intentionally speeding are ticketed
