Went for a walk today, 5.5 mile round trip from my doorstep to Senghenydd. Brisk walking to my 90s club classics Spotify playlist. As someone pushing 50 my legs and knees are now knackered!

Had a trip to London on the weekend to meet up with an old uni friend. Didn't do much sightseeing...unless that includes pubs and a bottomless afternoon tea!

Met up this afternoon with an old uni friend and friend who I haven't seen for ages but we all live fairly close. I instigated it and now going to make it a regular thing

Went to Sabrina Carpenter last night at The O2. We stayed in Canary Wharf & the only line to the O2 is the Jubilee line...it was closed! Quick thinking and on the DLR to get the Cable Car...it was dead...we got it back too as queue for underground was massive.

It's been a busy week...parents came down from Yorkshire for Christmas, just shame the weather was a bit rubbish. Fitted in a few days work and just got back from an overnight stay with copious amounts of prosecco at my sisters in Hampshire. Pic of homemade Christmas cake.
