Cheeky #walesaway trip last weekend to Switzerland and Liechtenstein
20 yrs ago today my first pregnancy ended in my daughter being stillborn at 27wks. She's never forgotten. I now volunteer for a stillbirth charity and am one of the parents who have done this petition to the Welsh gov to commit to saving babies lives.

Went for a walk today, 5.5 mile round trip from my doorstep to Senghenydd. Brisk walking to my 90s club classics Spotify playlist. As someone pushing 50 my legs and knees are now knackered!

Had a trip to London on the weekend to meet up with an old uni friend. Didn't do much sightseeing...unless that includes pubs and a bottomless afternoon tea!
