No...I travel there 2 times per year taking food, supplies, backpacks, whatever is needed. We do have a group of friends locally in Guatemala who assist us during the times when we are not there. I'm actually in Arizona.

Yes, this pretty much sums him up! I feed families in Guatemala, clothe them if they need clothes, and shower them with love.... the only thanks I need are seeing the smiles on their faces and receiving a hug now and again...do it because it's right...not for the thanks....

It’s just refreshing to see someone with the balls to tell it like it is. I have never thought of voting for an independent, but no democrat is stepping up to the plate right now to demand change… so the tides are changing

Great article. I have been leading global missions to Guatemala, as there are many people there who are in need.... but I totally agree with you that there are people here who need the help just as much...and I am looking into local missions as well. Thank you for bringing up a great topic.

Stop judging others and start showing compassion. Things can change in an instant. My mother recently had a stroke, and the things she used to be able to do : cook, clean and drive a car, are increasingly more difficult. We are all one catastrophe away from being disabled or homeless. Be thankful.
