it is always and only the voter who decides where their preferences go. Some parties give suggested orders to make it easy for lazy voters but no one is ever required to follow them

Any clue why they suggest preferencing the ALP this time?
April 26, 2025 at 3:23 AM
Thats why we should sack the liblabs
March 6, 2025 at 2:39 AM
we should be revolting
March 6, 2025 at 2:33 AM
yup, my man told me to dismantle it, but I thought it was safe: alas a tree landed on it and bent some of the rim so had to chuck it 😔 - so please learn from my mistake - pack them up already!
March 6, 2025 at 2:15 AM
That's why they made those cyclone proof metal pegs! Though last cyclone we had a tree in my garden fell onto my clothes line, so wouldn't have mattered which pegs I used.

it also means people have to spend their money with the multinationals shops but are less likely to be able to afford cash for markets and private sales.

Yes! It is reminders like this that shows many of the Independents vote for cruel policies like this card that remind me why I can trust the Greens to actually care and need to be wary of Independents who are rather too Liberal leaning and leave children so hungry they go stealing for food.

And way too many products in supermarkets are from overseas. I've noticed all the kiwifruit are now from USA and most canned foods aren't grown in au.
This adds to climate costs, makes us vulnerable and so isnt cheaper in the long run.
March 5, 2025 at 2:21 AM
so let's quit giving them money for subs
March 5, 2025 at 2:17 AM
It's climate change and poor management
March 5, 2025 at 2:15 AM
get involved - a Greens government would fix this
March 5, 2025 at 2:12 AM
Thankyou, that's what I came here to say: climate chaos is already boosting the costs of living and increasingly will get seriously dire. If we don't bring our emissions to negative zero and ditch the greenwash of concepts like "net" then we will see starvation in levels never seen before.
March 5, 2025 at 2:10 AM
It's yet another cost of climate chaos
March 5, 2025 at 2:05 AM
yes, I am so hoping we have a mass green teal win,
but we still need to decide who to put last of the liblabs and having seen what the evil CLP are doing in the NT,
I'd much rather Tania or someone rolled Albo than a spuddicktatorship
March 5, 2025 at 1:09 AM
Albo knew the voice would be lost once the noalition wasnt bipartisan and he was cruel to not stop it
March 5, 2025 at 1:04 AM
The Greens have fully costed all their member based policies - they want to keep their promises.
March 5, 2025 at 1:03 AM
but more likely to get reelected
March 5, 2025 at 1:02 AM
coz the nazis had stolen all their wealth
