With all of that said, what are your plans to tackle the state mandated racket scheme that is private car insurance, and the interests of insurance companies to screw over their customers?

This also results in poor people buying worse quality vehicles with poor safety ratings and systems, mechanical problems, and a history of collision in order to be able to avoid paying for anything above state minimum insurance due to comprehensive and collision coverage being so expensive-

Or outright denying claims leaving people without a method of transportation, especially impoverished people, or those who can't readily spend multiple thousands of dollars on a down payment, or their finances are stretched too thin to afford more expensive insurance.
