Toward the end of the week, that heavy exhaustion hit me again. I don’t feel like doing anything — just lying down and staring into space.
I (and my therapist) really hope that the vacation starting next week will help.

I really need to do something about my sleep. Falling asleep at 4 a.m. every time isn’t great and definitely not good for my health 😔
