Spent a sweet hour at Fandom Bazaar this afternoon. Picked up some patches and pins and, my favourites, a pair of Star Wars prequel fan arts by @arkwulf.bsky.social I am very excited to get them up on the wall.

Back to Le Paul yesterday to try their other flavour, Hot Chocolate Royale. The little cookie it came with was exquisite. The hot chocolate itself needed a bit more sweetness and was unpleasantly thick.

It's the final week of the Hot Chocolate festival and I am back at Beaucoup to try their third flavour "The Gang's All Here" which is, I think, their best one. What a perfect, chocolatey, smooth, flavourful, sweet, enjoyable experience. The red velvet financier was also pretty tasty.

Back at it at Beaucoup to try their second flavour, The Beagle's Bonfire. I didn't like this as much as the peanut butter one, too much smoke and not enough chocolate. Also the bacon covered chocolate caramel was not great. Still gonna try the third flavour next week.

Third drink was a "zesty lemon Madeline hot chocolate" and this was the good one. The Madeline on top was lovely and the drink itself was a nice, smooth, creamy drink with nice robust chocolate flavour and a hint of lemon. Lovely.

Drink two, a mulled wine hot chocolate. I hated it. I took one sip and went nope. I like mulled wine but I did not like this at all.

So drink one, a cup of steamed milk and a chocolate 'popsicle' to stir around in it to melt. Was supposedly strawberry flavoured, but it tasted kind of peppermint/candycane to me. As the popsicle melted the drink got more and more chunky, which was unpleasant.

At it again, stopped in at Paul le Café on Seymour on my way into work, the two ladies at the counter were incredibly lovely and they made me this delicious English Toffee Hot Chocolate. I have just remembered that I have the accompanying croissant in my jacket pocket. It was so good gang. So good.

Last stop was Modus Coffee where I grabbed the Toasted Buckwheat Hot Chocolate which was pleasant. Not amazing, could have been more chocolatey.

smoke and scalded milk and was kind of grainy. Zero chocolate flavour. It was, in fact, so bad that I couldn't finish it.

Popped next door to Purebread for the Salted Caramel Pecan hot chocolate. I let was amazing, sweet with little hints of salt and crunchy pecans and little caramel bits. Absolutely delicious.
