A richly deserved accolade for a wonderful community with vibrant sports club, events, societies, community woodland and more.

As part of #VillageHallsWeek I joined @cllr-tim.bsky.social at Palgrave Community Centre for Meet the Volunteer Groups event.
The centre has so much going on, from fitness and other classes, to coffee mornings, bereavement support, outdoor play. Huge thanks to everyone who volunteers.

Fabulous concert from Stowmarket Chorale accompanied by the Gainsborough Quartet, additional musicians and soloists at Stowmarket Parish Church this eve. A powerful Pergolesi, sharply accented unaccompanied piece by L'estrange with Schubert's Mass in G divided by a Mendelssohn cantata. Complete joy.
