Tinned fish time! Finally tried the Fishwife smoked Atlantic salmon. I was a little disappointed at the amount of empty space in the can. Texture was great with good flake, but a little fattier than Ive typically noticed. Might be an Atlantic salmon thing since I’m used to Pacific varieties.
