Folk forget how dang hot it gets down here. They are out in the elements and we're in climate controlled vehicles!One time while working traffic, the glue that held the soles of my boots on melted. There I was on 620 at 71 practically in socks on 120deg pavement getting flipped off by grumpy drivers
