Guess we’re lucky we live so close to the border. After all our friends are deported, we can just have them throw food across.
It’ll be aight. 😒

Urging Congress to defend the California waivers from unlawful attacks - this is primarily about the right of California and other states like my home state of Washington to set more stringent pollution laws than the Federal Government - MAGA wants to end that right. nwmd.social/s/copylink/6...

Thank goodness for people like former WAPO cartoonist @anntelnaes.bsky.social, American hero. This may only be the rough of the cartoon she planned to run before she was told she couldn't, but it speaks volumes, perhaps, especially in this form.

Wow, I should have really gotten involved with BlueSky way earlier.

This is a really great community and platform.

Much gratitude to folks like @davidho.bsky.social @katharinehayhoe.com and @ketanjoshi.co who encouraged climate folks to move over here.

Thank you!

Global climate policy is still moving too slowly. CO29 does not seem to have done much to change that. $300B in investment in green technology for developing nations by 2035 seems too modest a target. But it's hopeful that we keep underestimating the rate at which renewables will deploy. 🧪🔌💡☀️💨🔋
