As @howardlawschool.bsky.social Civil Rights Clinic highlights, NEPA impact assessments have been a "vital civil rights tool." Given the likely rollback of climate and justice provisions in the coming years, mandating comprehensive reviews is critical to ensuring a safe, livable environment for all.
