We're fostering some pit bull puppies for the weekend, and they may be meeting their Forever Family on Tuesday. We're trying some time fostering before we do an adoption/rescue, and it's helping our child learn to take care of animals after our last dog found the Rainbow Bridge in 2022.

Smoked some "Peacock Wings" on my Reqteq grill. The pellets were hickory. Sauce was a mixture of violet syrup, honey, and Japanese ponzu sauce.
