300 residents of Chelsea, Michigan formed a human chain to move 9,000 books from Serendipity Books's old location to its new one. This is so joyful. Books not bans!
A human conveyor belt for moving books? Yes!🥰📚💗

I have an entire website filled with books written by autistic people, including poetry books, many by non-speaking Autistics.

But an Autistic persons ability to write poetry, or pay taxes, or be independent is not even what is important.

Autistic people are important because they exist. Period.

As we fight for the long-term future of federal funding for libraries in Congress & in the courts, it's critical that our elected officials CONTINUE to provide annual funding.

Understanding who is most likely to fall for fake news is first step toward strategies for counteracting misinformation
A global study of more than 66,000 participants has revealed which groups of people are most susceptible to misinformation.

I am often asked how to get boys into reading. I honestly don't think boys are different to anyone else. If you want them to love reading - JUST LET THEM READ THINGS THEY LOVE! Whatever those things might be, they are the things that make us all into readers. #literacy
