Got all cozy. Opened up my laptop to write this morning and popped it open to find it dead.

Plugged in the charger to the laptop but not the outlet on the wall.

Thought popped in my head I could write a fantasy novel through the mind of my cats.

But it would be pure chaos.

Delved into a conversation tonight about can a series be too big?

Guess it depends on what you want. But some authors will forever be known for one series of books and nothing more.

Went through successful eye surgery this morning.

I’m not going to be known as ol’ “One Eye the Pirate Writer” after all.

Was looking forward to an eye patch.

This is your periodic reminder that:

When we use their marketing terms we only help them perpetuate the scam.

Have eye surgery tomorrow and as a writer and editor I’m worried about it affecting my writing or reading. What if I end up blind in one eye?

But I may be asking the wrong question.

What if I come out with superhuman abilities?

I keep trying to read Rhythm of War (which so far I hate) to get to Wind and Truth, but I keep asking myself why?

Wife is peer pressuring me and everyone is talking about Wind and Truth, but honestly I could care less.

Slowly starting to migrate here but wonder if any social media is worth the time anymore.

Facebook, Twitter and Instagram are nothing but trash heaps anymore.
