The rate of diabetes in people under 30 in South Korea has quadrupled in the past 15 years. So much that it is getting to be a serious health concern here.

Diabetes is a complicated issue, but it certainly isn't helped by the incredible amount of sweet stuff everywhere, like this!​

We treated ourselves to a contemporary Korean fine dining experience yesterday. 7th Door is based in Gangnam, seats 14, and has a focus on aged and fermented foods. Fermenting ages are from 9 months to 5 years.

7th Door is listed in the Top 50 Restaurants of Asia, and has 1 Michelin Star.

The car became a Princess in 1957 but even that name change didn’t help the car’s almost glacial-paced sales - a mere 175 were built until 1959…
