I've just found out that the movie title Lisa Frankenstein is a play on Lisa Frank, which is an American teen merch company that NOBODY OUTSIDE OF AMERICA HAS EVER HEARD OF.

This film is good fun. It reminded me of 2004's Freak Out, but with songs!

Sometimes when you listen to the album of a film's score, some of the tracks are sooooo lame. But I guess they must work well in the film, because I've never noticed how bad, say, the Body Double cue "Bar Meet" by Pino Donaggio is.
