Heard of this one while I was looking for more books without a romance storyline (this one *is* about grieving a romantic partner though). Really strong writing and characters so far, loving it.

Since we were talking about book sales being down, and the itchio crash the other day ... here is what the sales graph looks for me, starting with last november when I put together a very quick 12 people bundle for Creator's Day, in a week, just to test it out (and itch wasn't Known TM)
A graph that starts climbing in November, gets a really solid steadiness through Feb-April, peaks wildly in June (Pride Month), then it's all downhill. September and October are worst than pre-itch-boom November of 2024
