I'll continue to teach my spring course, Making Data Count, but will pass the reins on the Evidence course and the Education Policy and Analysis EdM program to colleagues after this summer.

I'll focus particularly on the academic programs side and will oversee the Teaching and Learning Lab, Gutman Library, and the learning, teaching, and assessment team as part of the role.

International students add tremendously to our learning environment and help those of us who focus on US policy see our own work differently. Our community will be much the poorer if they are not able to be part of it.

It's so good! I'd also suggest Borgen, about the Danish parliament and prime Minister (fiction). It's refreshing to see a fairly functional democracy in action.
