Who would have guessed that between David "Baby G" Gingras and Laura Owens, they’d rack up a total of FIVE mugshots? David has four (one for his SA arrest of a minor, two related to his 1st DUI, and one for his 2nd DUI), and of course, Laura has her own for her seven-count felony indictment.

Judge ruled there will be NO continuance. Will proceed as scheduled Oct 21st & 22nd.
Each side has 8-10 witnesses. Lists to be exchanged by Monday.
Court will not allow any declarations used as testimony.
Only events between 2020-2025 will be litigated.
