Court Docket Update for the DVRO case of #LauraMichelleOwens v. Mike Marraccini - Petitioner Laura Owens filed a Motion in Limine on 10/16/25, which only appeared on the docket last night, along with her other filings requesting reconsideration for a continuance, and rulings on paper.
Also included in this, is another request for the Judge to rule on only written declaration (paper testimony). Unreal.
