But Governor, when Congress is out of session it has no power. But Trump will continue to rule. He wants Congress to stay out of the way. And if he ignores the Courts, he alone has power to rule as defacto dictator or king.

I'm sick of hearing that Trump's policies make no sense. Yes they do, if your goal is to destroy every aspect of US government and American society. My guess: Putin is blackmailing Trump with pictures or videos of Trump having sex with children.
