Whatever verdict history reaches on Biden’s sweeping pardon of his son Hunter, it strengthens the case for a suitably framed pardon of Michael Cohen and isn’t remotely comparable to Trump’s past or impending abuses of the justice system, although it’ll sadly be used that way.
